Terms of Service

1. What Parlable Provides

Parlable is a conversational clarity service designed to help users work through difficult personal or professional conversations, understand what matters, and decide what to do next.

The Service may include:

• Guided text and voice conversations with AI agents
• Routing or matching intended to connect you with an agent suited to the situation
• Clarity, reflection, communication, drafting, and editing support when appropriate
• Rehearsal, Together, Debrief, and related conversation features when available and eligible
• Optional screenshot uploads for contextual analysis

The Service provides communication support and AI-generated guidance. It does not guarantee outcomes, responses, reconciliation, agreement, or resolution from any third party.

2. Nature of the Service

Agents simulate conversational interaction but are not human advisors.

You remain fully responsible for any message you choose to send and any outcomes that result.

3. Free Access, Subscriptions & Payment

Parlable provides limited free access before a paid subscription may be required for continued use.

• Anonymous users currently receive three free Solo conversations.
• Authenticated free users currently receive three account-based Solo conversations and one free Together session.
• Together requires an account. Rehearsal uses separate eligibility and free-grant rules shown in the product.
• Free conversations and sessions are not sold as message credits. Parlable does not stop an active conversation because a message balance ran out.

After applicable free access, Parlable currently offers recurring subscriptions for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions continue until canceled. You may cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through that date.

Except where required by law or otherwise stated at purchase, charges already processed are non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, you may contact support for review.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You have the right to share any message or screenshot submitted.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or violates another person's rights.
• You will not use the Service to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, manipulate, or harm others.
• You understand that all communication decisions are your own.

Parlable reserves the right to refuse service, terminate sessions, or restrict access if content violates these Terms.

5. Screenshot & Content Submissions

Users may upload screenshots or text content to provide additional context.

By uploading content, you confirm:

• You have lawful access to that content.
• You have removed or consented to sharing any sensitive information.
• You accept responsibility for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

Parlable does not verify the authenticity of user-submitted content.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

User submissions are treated as private and confidential.

• Content is not sold or used for marketing without explicit consent.
• Data may be temporarily retained for operational, quality, safety, or system-improvement purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Agent Behavior & Availability

Agents are designed to simulate realistic conversational timing and behavior.

However:

• Responses may vary in tone, speed, or accuracy.
• The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Agents may disengage after inactivity or policy violations.

Parlable reserves the right to modify features, eligibility rules, usage allowances, or session structures. Changes to these Terms are governed by Section 10 below.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original submitted content.

Parlable retains ownership of:

• The platform structure
• Conversation frameworks
• Interaction design
• Branding, processes, and written systems

These may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse-engineered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Parlable is not liable for:

• Emotional distress or misunderstandings arising from sent messages
• Actions or reactions of third parties
• Outcomes resulting from communication decisions
• Losses resulting from reliance on suggestions provided by the Service

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
